Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Return Period
You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging for hygiene reasons.
- Personalised or custom dummy clips can only be returned if they arrive damaged or if there is a mistake on our part (for example, a spelling error or incorrect colours).
How to Return an Item
- Email us at [email protected] to request a return number and the returns address.
- Ensure your item meets the eligibility criteria above.
- Package the item securely and include your order number and return number.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is damaged or we made an error.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the return.
- Please allow an additional 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
- Shipping/postage costs are not refunded unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Take a clear photo of the item.
- Email it to [email protected] along with your order number.
- Let us know whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund.
We may not require the item to be returned in these cases.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for items of the same value, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- The exchange request is made within the 90-day return window
