All of our dummy clips are tested in accordance with BSEN 12586:2007 — the European standard for soother holders. This ensures that each item is safe, durable, and suitable for everyday use with little ones.

Materials We Use

We only use non-toxic, baby-safe materials, including:

  • Zero plastic in all clips
  • All clips feature ventilation holes, as required by safety standards

In-House Testing

Each dummy clip is hand-assembled and tested in-house before dispatch. Our safety checks include:

  • Strength testing to ensure the clip won’t break under tension
  • Inspection for sharp edges or loose parts
  • Durability testing for long-term wear and tear
  • Measurement checks to confirm the clip length does not exceed the 22cm limit (as required by BSEN 12586:2007)

Additional Safety Features

  • Only large beads (minimum 10mm) are used to reduce choking risk
  • Safety beads are always placed at the end of each clip to prevent slipping

Usage & Safety Advice

  • Dummy clips should always be used under adult supervision
  • Not suitable for use during sleep or nap time

  • Do not attach to loose clothing, cords, or anything else that could pose a strangulation hazard
