Are your dummy clips safe for babies?
Yes. All our dummy clips are tested in-house and comply with BSEN 12586:2007, the safety standard for soother holders. We use non-toxic, BPA-free materials, and every item is strength tested before dispatch.
What are your clips made from?
Our clips are made from natural wood and fabric, using non-toxic, BPA-free, and phthalate-free materials. We use no plastic, and every clip includes safety beads and ventilation holes.
Can I personalise a dummy clip?
Yes! Any product listed under our Personalised dummy clip section (or marked as custom) can be customised with a name and/or colour options.
If you’re looking for something more bespoke, you can contact us directly and we’ll do our best to help.
I made a mistake in my customisation — what should I do?
No problem! If you spot an error, reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible with the correction.
For personalised items, please contact us within 12 working hours of placing the order. For non-personalised items, you can cancel anytime before dispatch.
Do you offer gift wrapping or messages?
Yes. You can choose to add a gift message for free or select gift wrapping for £3.95 at checkout.
We do not include any invoices or prices in our packages — all order details are sent via email, making them perfect for gifting.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We usually dispatch within 1–2 working days, but during busy times please allow up to 7 working days for processing.
Delivery times after dispatch:
UK: 1–2 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 24)
International: 7–14 working days
How much is delivery?
UK Delivery: £1.95 or free on orders over £20
International Delivery: £6.95 or free on orders over £50
Will I get tracking details?
Yes. Every order is shipped with Royal Mail tracking, and your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
If you made a mistake in your shipping address, reply to your confirmation email as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We offer a 90-day return policy for unused, non-personalised items in original packaging.
Customised items can only be returned if damaged or due to an error on our part.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, email us at [email protected] with a photo, your order number, and whether you’d like a refund or replacement.

Can I cancel my order?
Non-personalised items: Can be cancelled any time before dispatch.
Personalised items: Must be cancelled within 12 working hours of placing the order. Contact us as soon as possible by replying to your order email.
