How do I update or correct a mistake on my order?

If you notice an error (e.g. wrong name, colour, or address), just reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch. For personalised items, please contact us within 12 working hours.

When will my order be dispatched?

We usually dispatch within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, please allow up to 7 days. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking.

What are your delivery times and costs?
  • UK: £1.95 or free over £20 (1–2 working days after dispatch)

  • International: £6.95 or free over £50 (7–14 working days)

How do I return an item?

Email [email protected] to request a return, and we’ll send you a returns number and address. Personalised items can only be returned if damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! You can choose free gift messages and optional gift wrapping (£3.95) at checkout. No invoices are included in our packaging — everything is sent via email.
